2. What this policy covers

This policy covers information collected through this website. It does not cover:

• Information you give us outside this website, such as by telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, email or in person.
• Third-party websites and platforms we link to, including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, Snapchat, Linktree and WhatsApp. Those services are controlled by their own operators under their own policies.
• Third-party providers who actually supply a booked service, such as vessel operators, aircraft operators, vehicle owners, venues, restaurants, accommodation hosts and security personnel. Where we pass your details to such a provider so your request can be fulfilled, that provider handles your information under its own terms.

3. Information you give us

Request and inquiry forms

Every service page on this site carries a request form. Depending on the page, the form asks for some or all of the following:

• Name (required)
• Email address (required)
• Telephone number (optional)
• The service, vehicle, vessel, aircraft class, tour, residence or venue you are interested in
• Requested date or dates
• Group or party size, on the pages that ask for it
• Your intended route, on the private jet request form only, which asks for departure airport, destination, departure date and return date
• Free-text notes, in which you may describe what you are looking for and any special accommodations

The notes field is open text. Please do not enter payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health information or other sensitive details into it. If you do, that information travels with the rest of your request through the providers described in section 6.

Form submissions are transmitted to a third-party form-delivery service, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which relays the contents of your submission to the business email address SuaveLifestyleConcierge@Gmail.com and sends you an automatic acknowledgement at the email address you provided. Each form also carries a hidden decoy field used to filter automated spam submissions.

The website assistant (not currently enabled)

This website has a chat assistant built for it, but it is not currently switched on: the script that would load it is disabled on every page, so no chat window appears and nothing is collected through it.

If it is switched on in future, anything you type into it, together with up to the twelve most recent messages in that conversation, would be sent to this website's server function and from there to Google's Gemini generative AI service in order to produce a reply. This policy will be updated to say so before that happens. See section 8.

4. Information collected automatically

This website is published on Vercel and its pages are served over HTTPS. As with any website, our hosting provider necessarily processes technical connection data such as your IP address and browser user-agent in order to deliver pages to you.

This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore makes a request to Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) when a page loads, and Google receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request.

5. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Read, understand and respond to your request or inquiry.
• Send you the automatic acknowledgement confirming your request was received.
• Contact you by email, telephone or SMS about the request you submitted, including to ask follow-up questions, quote, confirm details and arrange the service you asked about.
• Pass the details necessary to fulfil your request to the third-party provider who will supply that service.
• Operate, secure and troubleshoot the website, including filtering spam submissions.
• Keep records of inquiries and bookings, and comply with legal obligations.

6. Service providers

The following third parties process information submitted through this website. This list reflects the services this website is built to use.

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and the server function behind the chat assistant.
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — receives and relays every request form submitted on this site, and sends the automatic acknowledgement email to you.
• Google LLC — in two active capacities: Google Fonts, which serves this site's typefaces on every page, and Gmail, because the business inbox that receives your request is a Gmail address. A third, Google's Gemini generative AI service, is built into the site's chat assistant but is not currently reached, because that assistant is disabled on every page.

7. Cookies and tracking

This website's own code does not set cookies and does not write to your browser's local storage or session storage.

The site includes a Google Analytics 4 loader script that is not currently active: it is configured with a placeholder measurement ID and, as written, does nothing until a real measurement ID is entered. If a measurement ID is entered at a later date, Google Analytics will load, will set its own cookies and will collect usage data, and this policy will need to be updated to say so before that change is made.

This site does not carry advertising pixels, remarketing tags or third-party advertising trackers.

Third parties reached through this site, including Google Fonts and the social platforms linked from it, may act independently of us.

8. The website assistant

As stated in section 3, the chat assistant is not currently enabled on this website. This section describes how it would work if it is switched on, so that the position is clear in advance.

The chat assistant is an automated tool built on Google's Gemini generative AI service. It answers from a fixed description of the business's services and published starting prices. It is provided for convenience only.

Its replies are not quotes, confirmations, bookings or professional advice, and it cannot commit the business to anything. Availability, final pricing and all terms are confirmed only by the team directly. See the Terms of Service.

What Google does with content submitted to its generative AI services is governed by Google's own terms and privacy documentation, not by this policy.

9. Selling and sharing

We do not sell information collected through this website's forms or chat assistant to third parties, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent cross-context behavioural advertising.

We do share information as described in section 6, with the providers who operate this website's infrastructure, and with the third-party providers who supply a service you have asked us to arrange. We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests from public authorities, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

10. How long we keep information

We have deliberately not stated a retention period here rather than state one that has not been confirmed. Note that information relayed by email persists in the business email account, and in the sender's own sent mail, independently of any practice adopted by the business.

11. Your choices and requests

You can ask us to provide a copy of the information you submitted through this website, correct it, or delete it. Contact us using the details in section 17. We will need enough information to locate your records and to confirm that the request is genuinely yours.

Some limits apply. We may need to keep information to complete a booking already in progress, to resolve a dispute, to enforce our agreements, or where the law requires us to retain it. Information already transmitted to a third-party provider in order to fulfil your request is subject to that provider's own retention practices.

If you no longer wish to receive messages from us about an inquiry, tell us and we will stop.

12. State privacy rights

Depending on where you live, state law may give you specific rights over your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of it, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Florida, California, and a number of other states have enacted such laws, and each has its own thresholds and requirements determining which businesses they apply to.
