Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to the website at suavelifestyleconcierge.com, operated under the trading name Suave Lifestyle Concierge ("Suave", "we", "us" or "our").

Registered legal entity name and entity type: [BUSINESS OWNER CONFIRMATION REQUIRED: registered legal entity name and entity type, for example "Suave Lifestyle Concierge LLC, a Florida limited liability company"]

Business mailing address: [BUSINESS OWNER CONFIRMATION REQUIRED: business mailing address for legal and privacy notices]

The contact details published on this site are the telephone number 305.697.8489 and the email address SuaveLifestyleConcierge@Gmail.com, and the business describes its service area as Miami, Florida.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers information collected through this website. It does not cover:

3. Information you give us

Request and inquiry forms

Every service page on this site carries a request form. Depending on the page, the form asks for some or all of the following:

The notes field is open text. Please do not enter payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health information or other sensitive details into it. If you do, that information travels with the rest of your request through the providers described in section 6.

Form submissions are transmitted to a third-party form-delivery service, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which relays the contents of your submission to the business email address SuaveLifestyleConcierge@Gmail.com and sends you an automatic acknowledgement at the email address you provided. Each form also carries a hidden decoy field used to filter automated spam submissions.

The website assistant (not currently enabled)

This website has a chat assistant built for it, but it is not currently switched on: the script that would load it is disabled on every page, so no chat window appears and nothing is collected through it.

If it is switched on in future, anything you type into it, together with up to the twelve most recent messages in that conversation, would be sent to this website's server function and from there to Google's Gemini generative AI service in order to produce a reply. This policy will be updated to say so before that happens. See section 8.

4. Information collected automatically

This website is published on Vercel and its pages are served over HTTPS. As with any website, our hosting provider necessarily processes technical connection data such as your IP address and browser user-agent in order to deliver pages to you.

This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore makes a request to Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) when a page loads, and Google receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request.

5. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

Whether the business also uses inquiry details for marketing, newsletters or promotional messaging beyond replying to the request submitted: [BUSINESS OWNER CONFIRMATION REQUIRED: confirm whether inquiry details are used for any marketing beyond replying to the request]

6. Service providers

The following third parties process information submitted through this website. This list reflects the services this website is built to use.

Whether the business uses any additional system to store or manage inquiries, such as a CRM, spreadsheet, booking platform or email marketing tool: [BUSINESS OWNER CONFIRMATION REQUIRED: list any CRM, booking platform, spreadsheet service or email marketing tool used, or confirm that none is used]

7. Cookies and tracking

This website's own code does not set cookies and does not write to your browser's local storage or session storage.

The site includes a Google Analytics 4 loader script that is not currently active: it is configured with a placeholder measurement ID and, as written, does nothing until a real measurement ID is entered. If a measurement ID is entered at a later date, Google Analytics will load, will set its own cookies and will collect usage data, and this policy will need to be updated to say so before that change is made.

This site does not carry advertising pixels, remarketing tags or third-party advertising trackers.

Third parties reached through this site, including Google Fonts and the social platforms linked from it, may act independently of us.

8. The website assistant

As stated in section 3, the chat assistant is not currently enabled on this website. This section describes how it would work if it is switched on, so that the position is clear in advance.

The chat assistant is an automated tool built on Google's Gemini generative AI service. It answers from a fixed description of the business's services and published starting prices. It is provided for convenience only.

Its replies are not quotes, confirmations, bookings or professional advice, and it cannot commit the business to anything. Availability, final pricing and all terms are confirmed only by the team directly. See the Terms of Service.

What Google does with content submitted to its generative AI services is governed by Google's own terms and privacy documentation, not by this policy.

9. Selling and sharing

We do not sell information collected through this website's forms or chat assistant to third parties, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent cross-context behavioural advertising.

We do share information as described in section 6, with the providers who operate this website's infrastructure, and with the third-party providers who supply a service you have asked us to arrange. We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests from public authorities, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

10. How long we keep information

Retention period for inquiries, booking records and correspondence: [BUSINESS OWNER CONFIRMATION REQUIRED: how long inquiries and booking records are kept]

Routine deletion practice, if any: [BUSINESS OWNER CONFIRMATION REQUIRED: whether records are deleted on a schedule, and if so which]

We have deliberately not stated a retention period here rather than state one that has not been confirmed. Note that information relayed by email persists in the business email account, and in the sender's own sent mail, independently of any practice adopted by the business.

11. Your choices and requests

You can ask us to provide a copy of the information you submitted through this website, correct it, or delete it. Contact us using the details in section 17. We will need enough information to locate your records and to confirm that the request is genuinely yours.

Some limits apply. We may need to keep information to complete a booking already in progress, to resolve a dispute, to enforce our agreements, or where the law requires us to retain it. Information already transmitted to a third-party provider in order to fulfil your request is subject to that provider's own retention practices.

If you no longer wish to receive messages from us about an inquiry, tell us and we will stop.

12. State privacy rights

Depending on where you live, state law may give you specific rights over your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of it, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Florida, California, and a number of other states have enacted such laws, and each has its own thresholds and requirements determining which businesses they apply to.

[ATTORNEY REVIEW REQUIRED] Whether any specific state privacy statute applies to this business depends on facts not determinable from this website, including revenue, the volume of consumer records processed, and whether the business sells or shares personal information as those statutes define those terms. This policy therefore does not claim compliance with, or exemption from, any particular statute. That determination should be made by qualified counsel, and this section updated to match.

We will honour requests described in section 11 from any visitor, regardless of whether a statute compels us to.

13. Security

The pages of this website are served over HTTPS, and submissions are transmitted to the providers listed in section 6 over their own connections.

We do not claim that any transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we do not make any certification or audit claim about this website or the business. This site does not accept or process payment card details.

Any additional security practices adopted by the business, such as multi-factor authentication on the business email account or restrictions on who can access inquiry records: [BUSINESS OWNER CONFIRMATION REQUIRED: list any security measures actually in place, or leave this sentence removed]

14. Children

This website is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Several of the services described on this site are available only to adults, and venue access involving alcohol or adult entertainment is subject to the age requirements set by the venue and by law.

If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

15. Visitors outside the United States

This business describes its service area as Miami, Florida, and this website is operated from the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, the information you submit will be transmitted to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

[ATTORNEY REVIEW REQUIRED] This site accepts inquiries from international visitors and expressly invites them. Whether the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR or another non-US privacy regime applies to this business, and what additional disclosures and transfer mechanisms would be required if so, should be assessed by qualified counsel.

16. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Material changes to what we collect or who processes it will be reflected here before the change takes effect.
